Customer service responded quickly and I’m waiting for Makins to respond it’s been several days. makins pasta machine February 7, 2017 Reviewer: wiwat from alexandria VA   it worked great for probably a month.  then it started to yield wavy sheet at very thin setting, especially around the mid section of the roller.  After a few months it got so bad, I threw it away.
