  • ✨How to Use: Draw out amazing images and designs with color pencils and markers, cut it out with scissors (or use a cutting machine like Cricut) and it will shrink in your oven. Temperatures: 325F(165°C) with oven or heat-gun.
  • Instructions:
  • Step 1 – Choose your image for printing and make a word doc with the images for printing on it. If printing on the translucent paper, ensure the image’s background is also transparent, to prevent getting white backgrounds. If printing on white paper, it does not matter if the background is there or not.
  • Step 2 – Print out your images. Print images on the MATTE side of the paper (Not the glossy side). The paper measures 11.5” x 8.5”. You may want to adjust your computer’s printing settings and paper margins to be able to get the most images on 1 sheet. Once sheets have been cut from, they cannot be run back through the printer, so make sure everything is printed before cutting.
  • Step 3 – Cut your images out. Be careful while doing this, scissors work best but hobby knives can also be used. Be aware you are cutting thin plastic, so more force is needed than if you were cutting paper. If you have a Cricut or similar cutting machine, you can use it to cut your images out if you print the images out using their software.
  • Step 4 – Get something that is heat resistant that you can place on your items once they are done to help flatten them (Glass plate, spatula, etc). Preheat your Oven/Toaster oven to 325°F. Line a small oven safe tray with parchment paper or Tinfoil. Let the oven preheat for 2-3 minutes, then add in your tray with your pieces on it. You’ll see the pieces begin to shrink and deform. Don’t be alarmed, this is normal and they will flatten back out. Let them bake for 1-2 minutes, Or once they are flat again, let bake an extra 30 seconds. Then remove the tray from the oven. Be careful! It will be hot!! Place it on a heat safe place (On a stove or if you have granite tops, on there).
  • Step 5 – Your pieces will be mostly flat, but to make them perfectly flat, you’ll need to flatten them more. You can use a book with parchment paper between the piece and the book, pressing down with a flat spatula, the bottom of a bowl or plate. Let the piece cool while it flattens out.
  • Step 6 – Once fully cool, you can finish off your piece! Glue on a bail, or if you left extra space above the image, you can punch a hole before baking or even drill one using a Dremel or small drill tool after baking. To help preserve the colors of your image, seal it with Mod podge or an acrylic sealer.
  • Step 7 – Enjoy your amazing and unique jewelry pieces or charms! Make whatever you can think of! Lighter color images work best, paper not to be used with Laser printers, Inkjet only. Cricut/Silhouette cutting settings should be set on Posterboard/More pressure. Settings may depend on your machine/blade.
