Ordering & Discounts
Discount Policy: Retail items (Items marked Retail online or with a Beige sticker in store) are discounted based on how much you spend: IN STORE: • Orders totaling under $100, discount is 25% off retail items. • Orders totaling over $100, discount is 40% off retail items. • Orders totaling over $200, discount is 50% off retail items. • When shopping with a friend let us know. We can combine the totals of your individual orders to get you the best discount possible. FOR SHIP OUT ORDERS: • Minimum order of $25.00 for ship out orders. • Orders under $50.00 - no discount on retail prices • Orders $50.00 to $100.00 discount is 25% off retail prices • Order over $100.00 discount is 40% off retail prices • Order over $200.00 discount is 50% off retail prices. • We also have two sale days monthly where all Retail items are automatically 50% off. They fall on one Tuesday and one Saturday within the month, and dates are generally posted at the end of the month for the next months sale dates.
• Cost Items (Items marked Cost online or marked with a yellow sticker in store, which includes all strands and individual count items) do not receive this discount, but can help get your retail items to the higher discount. These items may occasionally go on sale with our monthly sales, but that discount is a flat percentage. It will not go up the more you spend.
• There is also a $50.00 minimum to receive discounts on online orders applies to monthly & sale days as well.
• Mystic Maid products are priced wholesale, no further discount is applied.
To
place an order: • Add your products to the Shopping Cart.
• Once you have completed your order it will be
submitted to us to confirm product availability, additional discounts, and to
calculate shipping charges.
• We prefer you place orders online. That way it
is placed properly in our system. Verbal orders are written down but not
entered into our regular order system.
• If you are local, you may put into the order
comment box if you would like to pick your order up curbside/in store. If you
would like to pay in store, also please note that in the order comment box.
• Verbal orders will require time to gather,
calculate cost and shipping. This information cannot be given when the order is
placed over the phone. If you would like us to call you back with a total, let
us know when placing the order, otherwise we will only contact you if we are
out of stock on an item on your order.
• If you have a
sales tax license, please provide your number in the order comments box and send us a copy of your Tax ID for our records. If you do not give us your Tax ID number and send us a copy of your Tax ID certificate, we will charge tax on your order. (Only
applies to Michigan residents, all out of state purchases are non-tax)
• There is also
a $50.00 minimum to receive discounts on online orders applies to monthly &
sale days as well.
Payment
Information:
• For orders within the U.S. we accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal for mail order payment.
• For orders outside the U.S., PayPal is
suggested. Our system will usually not accept foreign credit cards. We are
not responsible for customs or duty fees. Please check with your country's
customs policy.
• Sorry, no
C.O.D. or checks. Wire Transfers are not accepted.
IN STORE: We
accept cash, all major credit cards & debit cards. We also accept tap-to-pay (Apple Pay, Samsung pay, etc) Sorry no checks
accepted.
ONLINE PAYPAL
INSTRUCTIONS: When paying
by PayPal, WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE via email. The invoice will have the
correct amount with any changes & shipping charges added. Once
the invoice is paid, we will ship promptly. PLEASE DO NOT SEND US MONEY THROUGH
PAYPAL, WAIT FOR PAYPAL INVOICE.
ONLINE CREDIT
CARD PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: When paying by credit/debit card, please save
the credit card to your account and put your CVV or security code into the
comment box. We now require the CVV to charge the card the shipping cost same
day. If the CVV is not put into the comment box, we will have to take an extra
day to rebill any remaining amount. There will be 2 charges on your statement.
One amount will be for the merchandise, and one will be for the shipping (and
any additional merchandise that was added after order was placed).
BACKORDERS:
You will be charged for your back order when the merchandise is back in stock
& we are getting ready to ship it to you. The discount from the original
order is applied. There is a separate shipping charge on all back orders.
Handling is not charged on backorders.
IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER: Please
feel free to contact us if you have any questions, comments, or concerns about
your order. Problems or defects with products must be reported within 14 days
of when order was received.
SPECIAL/HIGH QUANTITY ORDERS: If you wish us to special order large
quantities of any of our products, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit
that must be paid prior to us placing any orders.
Price Changes:
• Prices are subject to change without notice
based on market value.
• Manufacturers are increasing prices for their
products and as we are informed our website is updated as soon as possible. New
shipments of gold and silver product prices fluctuate according to the current
market. We update as fast as we can, if you have any questions regarding
prices, ask while placing your order.
Shipping:
SHIPPING WILL
NOT BE CALCULATED BY OUR WEBSITE. Shipping is calculated once order is filled
and boxed up by our shipping department. Order/Shipping Department is Open: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
• Shipping is calculated according to weight, box size & distance. We try to ship the most economical way to save the customer
money. You can request to be contacted with your shipping charges before your order is fully processed, by leaving a
note in the order comment box when placing your order.
• You may use websites to attempt to estimate
shipping costs. Exact cost cannot be calculated until the order has been
filled, box measured & weighed.
• Orders are shipped through UPS (Surepost or Ground) or USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority) Ground Advantage is cheaper but also takes longer to arrive. Priority is more expensive but arrives in shorter times. If you have a preference, please note in the order comments box when placing your order. Otherwise, we choose the cheapest shipping option.
• If you prefer one shipping method over
another or if you need faster shipping like overnight or next day air, please specify in the comment box when placing your order.
• If package is refused for any reason,
customer will be responsible return shipping and it will be deducted from your
refund.
• We add a $2.00 handling fee to all postage.
• PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESSES. If your address
is given wrong, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the correction fee.
• Once
your package is scanned in at your delivery location, we are no longer
responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. For International deliveries,
we are no longer responsible once the package is scanned into an international distribution location. Once it is in the hands of customs, it is completely out of our hands.
• If
you would like a signature for delivery, you may request that in the order
comments box at checkout. It will be an additional charge added to your
shipping cost for this service
• All
shipping claims must be made within 7 days of purchase date
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL
SHOPPERS: It is the customers responsibility to pay any customs, VAT, or
duty taxes from your country. We ship the cheapest way. Please note there are weight restrictions on flat rates and first class.
Please contact us for further information. If the shipping cost is over $25, we
will generally contact you before hand to approve that cost before charging
you. If you refuse the package at customs (due to cost of duties or vat or for whatever reason), your order will only be refunded for the items, minus any charges incurred having to have it shipped back to us. Shipping charges are never refunded. Insurance is recommended to be added on, in the event the package is lost or held up somewhere in customs.
NOTICE: We
are unable to ship to Armenia, Belarus, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central
African Republic, Chad, Congo (Republic and Democratic Republic of the),
Dahomey, Ghana, Kampuchea (Cambodia), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Niger,
Nigeria, Niue, Serbia-Montenegro, South-West Africa (Nambia), Togo, Tongareva,
Turkmenistan, Zanzibar
Returns
& Claims:
• If you have any questions about returns or
discounts on your online or in store order, please do not hesitate to contact
us via email or phone. Please read through all our policies, return policy and
final sales list before placing your order online.
• There are no returns or exchanges on: special
orders, sale items, Austrian (Swarovski) & Czech (Preciosa) crystal items,
cut, counted or weighed items, charms, bags, boxes, beading wire & thread, Bali
Silver, beads sold by the strand, books, tools & cost items (yellow tags in store). We also have the right to deny a return for any reason. We will not accept returns or exchanges on retail items if they have been opened.
• Returns must be made within 10 days from the
date of purchase, must be accompanied with receipt & receive authorization.
The returned amount will depend on the discount received and will be adjusted
accordingly.
• Shipments are generally insured up to a certain amount with the carrier,
unless stated otherwise. If damage occurs, contact your local UPS/USPS depot to
file a claim, save all packaging material for inspection by the carrier. Once the
package has left our store, we are no longer responsible for it.
• All returns require authorization. A 15%
restocking fee as well as return shipping charges will be imposed on authorized
returns due to customer error.
• Display Items shipped within the U.S. and
outside the U.S.: Display items that have received damaged will be covered by us
if it is found that we did not properly pack them well enough. If damage occurs
for other reasons (Gross mishandling by carrier, misadventure by buyer) then we
are not responsible.
• Display items shipped outside of the U.S: Due
to shipping rates being so high, if the error is ours, your credit card will be
credited from any damage or shortages due to our error.
