I am thrilled with all my clay purchases.It is the freshest I have ever received.My only problem is I do not understand why you charge me $8.50 to mail in the small flat rate shipping box when the box is free to you and to ship in it is $6.80 for everyone who uses this box.I have a business and I would NEVER over charge a customer for a free flat rate priority shipping.You have over charged me twice.I don't understand why you require a Total of a $25.00 order to allow us to order.You miss out on a lot of $15.00 orders if you add that up ,is it worth it.But I love your clay ,and shipping speed ,but I want to know why you are over charging us for the flat rate box to ship !I hope someone in shipping doesn't under stand the USPS rules and prices.Thats wrong.I am out $4.00 that would buy a block of clay.
Sorry I never complain ,but this is so obvious cheating.Sincerely Carrol
